It is mainly composed of hydraulic station, hydraulic reducer, safety brake, hydraulic motor, driving pulley, wheel brake and electrical control device.
2. General parameters of hydraulic drive endless-rope continuous towing system
●The hydraulic drive enables stepless speed change and forward/reverse rotation. It can rotate positively or negatively at any low speed level, so as to check the breaking status of the rope；
●Stopping and self-lock. When the system loses power, the driving pulley will lock itself in forward and reverse direction, which prevents slipping and chair falling.
●?The motor starts without load, which means the shuttle car keeps still when the motor starts. In this case the lifetime of the motor and electrical components can be improved.
●Soft start and stop can improve the convenience of the material transportation. The duration of the accelerated start and decelerated stop can be configured at will.
●The hydraulic tensioning has features like compact size, big tension and stepless adjustment. And the tension can be displayed in real time to make sure the constant tension when the load changes.
●The hydraulic system can be installed in any position due to its light weight and unlimited inclination angles. Thus it can be stalled and maintained in complicated roadway.
●The speed-change system has no drawbacks such as interference to control signal, harmonic wave interference to the signal control of the shuttle car and the surrounded devices, and large heat emission.
●High price-performance ratio. It is lower in cost and higher in lifetime comparing to the mechanical shuttle car of frequency conversion with the same functions.
4. Hydraulic station
As per the configuration of power source, it can be divided into single-power hydraulic station and double-power hydraulic station.
●Single-power hydraulic station (see picture 1)
Applicable for operation of shuttle car with small gradient, short way and light load.
●Double-power hydraulic station (see picture 2)
Applicable for operation of shuttle car with large gradient, long way and heavy load. When there is light load, the system works with one set of power to save energy, and two sets of power works together when there is heavy load.
